Hello Janette. The PSiO is a lifesaver! I used to lie awake with worries about my two teen kids in their puberty years. Now I get my mind off it and I gradually fall asleep. I wake up refreshed in the morning. The only problem was that at one time I fell asleep  with the glasses still on, but fortunately they are sturdy enough as is!
